Goals
To spread the love and compassion of Jesus Christ, to fellowship with those who already know Him, and to encourage each other through good times and bad. To pray for those who are hurting, and to praise God when he performs miracles in the lives of our brethren. To join the entire family of Christ to stand firm against the attacks of demonic forces and to proclaim with one voice that Jehovah, Creater of the Universe, is the one true God, and that through His son, Jesus Christ, all mankind may find repentence and return to the loving grace of the Father that we all were never meant to live without.

History of Full Gospel
1977 Dr. Bowman, after being invited to a Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International Advance, recieves the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour, and has a massive life change.
1978 Dr. Tyler and Dr. Bowman correspond with Dr. Hanson at North Carolina State regarding the student fellowship he began in 1970 (not affiliated with Full Gospel, but stuccessful nonetheless).
1979 Dr. Tyler and Dr. Bowman team up and begin a prayer meeting on the Citadel Campus, which generally had between 4 to 15 attendees per meeting.
1988 Cadet Todd Ellis comes to Dr. Bowman after a FGBMFI meeting off campus and asks why there can't be a meeting at the Citadel.
1989 The Chaplain of Cadets asks Dr. Bowman to aid during a sermon, which gives Dr. Bowman a chance to begin building trust and provides an opportunity for an inquiry into the possibility of creating a Citadel Chapter of Full Gospel. Not long after that sermon, the Chaplain sends forms for officers and at least 15 members. Dr. Bowman uses the members of his prayer meeting to fill the ranks.
25 August 1989: The Chaplain Welcomes the Citadel Chapter of Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International to campus.
The first meeting had Richard Caldwell as its speaker and 12 cadets were present. Meeting was held in the old smoking room (now Cadet Activities office), so Dr. Bowman had to air the room out before beginning. One cadet came to Dr. Bowman at the end of the meeting and asked Jesus to come into his heart.
The second meeting, and all meetings since, was held in the current room, suites A and B of Mark Clark Hall. After the meeting two cadets came up to talk with Dr. Bowman. After a short conversation, one mentioned that he had gone to a Christian school, but still did not know who Jesus was. Dr. Bowman led him to salvation, and only a moment later led the friend as well.
16 November 1990 Citadel Full Gospel is recognized as the first college chapter of FGBMFI.
15 March 1992 International Office of FGBMFI officially indoctrinats the Citadel Chapter of Full Gospel as Chapter 5000.
